Our mission

To bring excellent, compassionate healthcare into the home at every stage of life: supporting new mothers and their babies in the first weeks, helping children and adults recover, and helping older people live safely and with dignity in the home they love.

We believe home is where people heal, grow and grow old best: among their own things, their own people and their own routine. Our job is to make that possible, to make it safe, and to keep families close, wherever they live.

Our values

What we stand for, on every visit

DignityEvery person, from a newborn to a grandparent, is treated with respect for their body, privacy, history and choices. In practiceWe introduce ourselves, explain what we do and ask before we help.
CompassionWarmth, patience and time to listen. Care is something we give, not a list of tasks. In practiceVisits are planned with time to talk, not only time to work.
Safety firstLicensed, insured and police-checked professionals, and a chief nurse who is always informed. In practiceEvery medicine is checked, and every concern reaches the chief nurse the same day.
ExcellenceCare based on evidence, written plans and constant training. We measure what we do and keep improving. In practiceEvery client starts with a full assessment and a written plan, reviewed every month.
TransparencyFamilies know what we do and when, in plain words, in Arabic, French or English. In practiceA note on your phone after every visit, and honest answers to every question.
PartnershipWe work with the family, the doctor, the paediatrician and the midwife, never around them.In practiceThe plan is agreed with you before anything starts.

Questions families ask

Do we have to start with the assessment?

Yes. It makes sure the right person comes with the right plan, written down and agreed with you before anything starts.

Can I follow everything from abroad?

Yes. Your private family page shows every visit note, the coming visits and the medicines, and lets you pay.

What if something goes wrong during a visit?

The nurse or aide alerts our chief nurse from the home, and we call the family. In an emergency we call the Lebanese Red Cross on 140 first.

Do you work with our family doctor?

Yes. The care plan lists any referrals, the chief nurse keeps the doctor informed, and medicines are given as prescribed.

Can we change or stop the services?

Yes. We review the plan with you every month and adjust it whenever needs change.

When should a nurse first visit after the birth?

Ideally in the first two or three days after you come home from the maternity ward. Book before the birth if you can, and we confirm the date once the baby is born.

Can the nurse help with breastfeeding?

Yes. She watches a feed, helps with positions and latch, checks the baby is feeding and gaining weight, and tells you when to see your paediatrician or a lactation specialist.

Do you also look after the mother?

Yes. Each visit includes a check of the mother's recovery after a birth or a caesarean: the wound, pain, bleeding, rest and mood, with gentle support in the first weeks.

Can someone stay with the baby at night?

Yes. Our night nurse stays 8 or 12 hours so the parents can sleep, and leaves a note for the morning. Book one night or several each week.

Let's talk about the person you love.

We answer the same day, in Arabic, French or English.

We'll call you back today
