How we look after your information

Last updated 2026-11-08

What we collect

When you send a form on this website we receive your name, your phone, WhatsApp number or email, and anything you write to us. When someone becomes our client, we keep the information needed to care for them safely: health details, the care plan, visit notes and invoices.

Why

Only to answer you, to provide and organise care, to send invoices and to meet our legal duties as a health care provider. We never sell your information or use it for advertising by others.

Who can see it

Only the Kibar Care team who need it for the care: the chief nurse, the office, and the professionals who visit. Families with a sign-in see the updates about their own relative only. Medical details are never shared with anyone else without consent, except when the law requires it or in an emergency.

How it is kept

Information is stored on a protected server, with daily backups. Staff sign in with their own password and every change is recorded.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Health records of people we have cared for are kept for the period the law requires, then deleted.
